Apologies for not coming back to you sooner, but I started work on Tuesday morning and still catching up.

The holiday was just fantastic, all travelling and transfers without any hitches. Club Med is so organized and accommodating and Kani island is worth every cent although I cannot compare with other island in Maldives, however we have been to Mauritius and Seychelles and this has been our best holiday by far. Club Med has lots to offer if you want to be active, but it is never crowded so you can relax and have your total privacy if that is your preference. We did some excursions which was well organized.

The food was probably the highlight especially the themed dinners. No hidden costs – we did not have to pay a cent even though we had some spirits and lots of cocktails and wine.

I enclose some photos, which can never really capture the beauty and endless fun we had. We came back well rested, although we felt that another two days would have been better to do more things – we never had the opportunity/time to make use of the Spa services.

Thank you very much for your kind and persistent efforts to make this holiday possible at short notice. We are planning to go back at the end of this year with the rest of the family if all goes well.

It was absolutely amazing, we have enjoyed every minute of the time spent there. There was a slight hicup with my luggage that came in a day later, but other than that it was fantastic.

The hospitality we have recieved from the resort on arrival was nothing short of humbleness and politeness which had us in ore, considering what we used to. Certain items we had found a bit pricy but I suppose for the exclusvity of being on a remote island you have to cough up where need be.

The were many activites that we went for and will send you the pics of all, from the Island hopping, Catermareng sail, couple full body massage etc.

Friends and family asked if we will visit again we did not even need a second to think about that, it is an immediate YES!!!! Although we will choose a less rainy season, because the weather was a bit erretic, but did not put a damper on the experience, excitement and our spirit.

All and all it was relaxing and we would recommend the Maldives to any newly weds, as words cannot describe this place :)

We have been meaning to make contact with you sooner, but since coming back to work things have been a bit hectic.

Once again hats off to you for arranging one of the most memorable trips that we will ever make in our lives and what place for new beginnings. So a big THANK YOU!!!!

BTW we are thinking of going on a Europe contici and a seperate trip to Dubia next year and will be needing your assistance once again.

Trust you are well. I am sorry that this has taken so long for me to put together. I am currently doing 2 jobs at the moment and am a little snowed under. I do want to give you our opinions of the tour and service we received from Webtours as its only fair to do so.

Marcelle and I had a really amazing honeymoon. The Maldives were perfect in every way and really made the honeymoon special. It is a real paradise and I have never seen water that clear in my life. I have been to the Thailand and the red sea, but you cant compare that to the Maldives. Club Med have excellent facilities. The GO's were great, always willing to help out and make you feel comfortable. Food was excellent, the themed evenings made it interesting. The last day was really special and luckily the weather wasn't good so we really enjoyed the lagoon suite. Thanks for arranging this.

More importantly the service that you and your team provided leading up to the honeymoon was really exceptional. Everything was taken care of and I would like to extend a big thank you for making sure that it went off really well and stress free. The Maldives guide was also a nice touch that I wasn't expecting. I kept the location of the honeymoon a secret from Marcelle and only told her on the plane to Dubai. I used the guide book as a means to give it away.

Even though we are based in JHB, I travel a fair amount and would definitely use Webtours again. We are thinking of a trip next year to either Greece or Turkey.

We hope you are doing well. Didier & I had such a lovely wonderful honeymoon. Thanks to you! We really enjoyed everything so much. Everyone at Kani Island was so friendly and loving, we actually didn’t want to leave the Island. We will email you some photos as soon we receive them.

We arrived back on Friday from our FANTASTIC holiday at Bandos Island.

We cannot thank you enough for your efforts in arranging this holiday.

Bandos is absolutely stunning.

The deluxe rooms were spacious and had everything we needed and more and it was cleaned twice a day.

The food was fantastic and we did not get the same buffet twice.

Snorkeling was brilliant and we even mustard up the courage to do the local scuba diving course and we went diving for the first time on the beautiful reef of Bandos. We loved it so much that we went again the next day. The staff at the dive centre were excellent.

All staff on the island are professional and friendly.

The holiday was worth every cent and more and we are definitely going to the Maldives again.

Thank you to you and your staff for your excellent service and we will most certainly make use of your services again!

We made the best of it, but it was really not a nice resort and I would not recommend it to anybody.

I will try and list a few of the downfalls re this particular resort. The water is extremely murky - maybe because it is so close to the main island. The concrete walls that they put up, obviously to try and calm the waves, spoilt the entire scenery. My husband re-named it and called it the airport hotel, as you have huge planes taking off and landing every half hour.

I must admit though that the rooms were very nice and very modern and spacious. The dinner in the evening was very good although the breakfast was horrible.

If I compare this island to Meeru, which is a lower star rate, there is really no comparison. At Meeru, every night for instance, they would come and do the turn-down and end up doing your names or something wonderful on the bed with flowers and leaves. The staff were also very reserved and not really mixing or talking with the guests.

We met another South African couple there the one morning, who came after spending one week at Kurumathi to spend the next week at Full Moon and he insisted on going back and not staying at Full Moon and left the same afternoon. Then we met a few couples from England who shared our feelings and will definately not return in future.

To get back to your services, your ground handlers, etc. they were excellent and nothing could be done any better than they did. We actually ended up leaving Full Moon two days earlier, found place in a Hotel in Male and spend the last two days there.

We are now thinking of going back in December 2008 to Meeru but taking the kids along. I still call them kids but they are actually grown-ups. We can stay in the Water Villas and they can share a room (3 of them) in a Land Villa. Seeing that the flights are so expensive flying direct, we can look at the option of going via Dubai. We can stay for approximately 10 nights and only depart after 20th December.

I will definately send you some pics which you can look at.
