WEBTOUR GETAWAYS CC 'Corporate Breakaways' will assist with the planning of your Company's Incentive Getaway, Client Entertainment Program, Conference or Team-building initiatives. We can make your life easier by doing all the initial groundwork and research to ensure your 'Company Breakaway' is an absolute winner, including all the travel arrangements, venues, room drops, facilities and any other special requirements. We generally accompany the group to ensure that the‘breakaway’ is successfully co-ordinated and meets all their expectations. We cater for groups from 5 to in excess of 100 persons - nothing is too small or too big for us! We specialise is travel and getaways in Africa.
In order for us to submit a proposal, we require a detailed brief from our clients regarding their requirements. We submit a package with a number of options which have been researched and which we feel would be best suited to their needs. The following are points are covered:-
