A “bosberaad’” for a company who needed to go and “thrash out their differences at a conference type session” and then did some teambuilding afterwards. A great outcome for all participants!
Met with 50 secretaries and spoilt them on “Secretaries Day” - did a team build on busses en-route to the ‘canopy gliding’, had a great lunch and when they arrived back to work they have a whole new outlook on the way the company was structured!!!!
And then the really big stuff: the incentive weekends away for large groups (in excess of 100 persons) in the Berg, at Champagne Sports with helicopter rides, champagne and orange juice….
A conference in the Waterberg - in excess of 60 employees who enjoyed a break which involved a short conference and a ‘Survivor’ Team Build – the high light was the “Tribunal Council” - lots of fun, keen competition and an awards ceremony of note in the evening!!!! The Treasure Hunt before their departure was the grand finale.
The Garden Route Breakaway – A group of 27 flew down from Johannesburg to George and relaxed in the Garden Route. We travelled from Wilderness Beach outside George to Look Out beach in Plett, every ‘nook and cranny’ was explored including Feather Bed Bay in Knysna and the Knysna Elephant Sanctuary. The focus was on relaxation and the stunning beaches - we had a memorable party!
A group of 30 explored ‘Oribi Gorge” and the Gorge Swing – not for the ‘feint-hearted’ I thought, but after a session of team-building and great Saturday night bonding, it was an excellent finale to a very successful weekend.
